Quality Management is one of the important elements of any construction project as cost and time ,the role of it for any construction company is not an isolated activity, but intertwined with all the operational and managerial processes of the company as it attract customer’s satisfaction which would bring long term competitiveness and business survival for the companies.This paper focuses on evaluating thePractices of quality management in construction projects from the perspective of tools and techniques applied, identifying the level of commitment towards the implementation of quality management in construction projects and find the solutions to all problems that companies faced in the industry and put a set of proposals and recommendations aimed to improve this industry to the best level and to the development of implementation the quality management in the construction sectormanagement in construction projects, It is required critically for any construction company to sustain in current construction market which is highly challenging and competitive and it has to provide the environment within which related tools, techniques and procedures can be deployed effectively leading to operational success for a company. At the end of the paper, an illustrativeexample will be presented to demonstrate and verify the applications of the quality management in construction projectsin the light of the scientific basics it in this industry and improved it through the preparation of a survey of systems and specifications for the construction industry through many people working in the construction industry and find some solutions and proposals that can contribute to avoid the problems of implementation the quality management in this industry.
