Human Resource(HR) analytics has surfaced as a transformative tool in ultramodern associations, enabling data-driven decision-making to optimize pool performance, enhance hand engagement, and align HR strategies with organizational pretensions. Still, the relinquishment of HR analytics is not without challenges, including data quality issues, resistance to change, and a lack of logical chops among HR professionals. This review paper explores the relinquishment of HR analytics in decision-making, pressing the crucial challenges and openings it presents. By synthesizing being literature, this paper provides perceptivity into how associations can overcome walls to relinquishment and influence HR analytics to drive strategic value.
